Page 1 Onett to Twoson
Well, How EarthBound starts is pretty interesting so
here we go! You start out sleeping and you hear a big
CRAAAASH!! First, go outside of your bedroom and go
into the other room close to your room (which appears
to be
your sister's room). Open the present inside the room
to get your first weapon, the Cracked Bat. EQUIP it,
then exit
and go on downstairs. Talk to your mom, she'll tell
you to change clothes, afterward, you can go outside.
Go up the
nearby hillside and chat with the fat kid running
around, his name is Pokey and he is a real bugger.
After talking to
him, go home and talk to your mom and say YES. Now
this is when the game gets exciting, you hear an
annoying
knock on the door, answer it and it's none other than
your bothersome neighbor Pokey. He'll tell you to come
help him
find his little brother Picky, who is lost. Say YES or
he'll annoy the crap out of you. Go outside and build
levels by
fighting the Runaway Dogs, Spiteful Crows and the Coil
Snakes. When you get to the meteorite and find Picky,
you'll
meet a bee-like alien named Buzz Buzz. He'll tell you
something like:
A Universal Cosmic Destroyer called Giygas is going to
attack Earth in 10 years and there is a prophecy from
ancient
times that a boy and 3 friends will stand up against
the threat and save the world. "It is my opinion that
you are THAT
boy, Ness," Buzz Buzz says. Now go home. You might
wanna 'Eat some steak and scoot up to bed' then go
down from
the Onett suburbs and see what's shakin'. North of the
nearby Onett Library, there is a treehouse with your
nameless
friends in there who will give you a FREE piece of
equipment; a Mr.Baseball Cap. EQUIP it in the Other
category in the
Equip menu. Anyhoo, go to the library after that and
get a town map from the lady at the desk. Go check out
the city
now. CHECK the trashcan by the hamburger joint and
voila (that's French) a free hamburger...*sniff* It's
true!!
EVERYTHING'S free in America!!... OK, back to
buisness! It might not be a good idea to go to the
Southern area of the
city because there is a gang called the Sharks who are
really tough unless you have taken time to level up on
the dogs
n' snakes. Afterward, you'll wanna get a Tee Ball Bat
from the Drug Store, stock up on Burgers and Fries,
and fight
some Sharks. Pogo Punks have a tendency to fall down
from their pogo-sticks so they're the weakest of the
bunch.
The Yes Man Jr. has a deadly hoola-hoop so beware! The
Skate Punks are a pain-in-the-butt 'cause they wanna
be pros
at skateboarding on poor innocent kids. Beat as many
Sharks as you can so you'll be ready for their boss,
Frank Fly.
Frank is in the backyard of the arcade and will fight
when you talk to him. He brandishes knives and does
other
dangerous attacks. Follow this method below:
1.Make sure you're fully healed before talking to
Frank.
2.Have the Tee Ball Bat equipped.
3.Have a good stock of Hamburgers (Pogo Punks drop
them sometimes).
4.Fight with the good ol' T.B. Bat.
5.When low on HP, eat a Hamburger or use PSI Lifeup.
6.Keep repeating steps 4 and 5.
7.Try pressing A and X when fighting for stronger
attacks.
8.Good Luck!
After beating Frank, he will send his secret weapon:
Frankystein Mark II. Frankystein will have an attack
pattern.
First he will generate a burst of steam (he's a robot,
whaddya expect?). That is a good time to attack or
heal. After that
he wil attack. Then the process will repeat. After
beating the wooden robot, Frank will give you helpful
information.
All he knows about Giant Step (The first of Eight
Sanctuaries you need to visit) is that something big
is in there and it
sucked up all the energy aqnd is gaurding what is said
to be a gigantic footprint. Go to City Hall. Talk to
Mayor B.H.
Pirkle (known as G.H. Pirkle in Japan) and he'll give
you the key to the Touring Entertainer's Shack (it's
East of the
Library). In front of the shack, after using the key,
one of the two guys will give you a Travel Charm.
Equip it. If you
have 98 dollars, go to the Drug Store to get a Cheap
Bracelet and then Equip it on your arms. Stock up on
Hamburgers, and go home talk to your mom and save your
game. Build levels if you feel you need to. At level
8, Ness
learns PSI Rockin' (or whatever you named it) a
powerful psychokinetic wave that can do over 90 damage
to all
enemies in battle!! Go inside the cave and work your
way up. Don't bother to go into the tunnels inside to
get the
presents until after you beat the boss. When halfway
there is USUALLY a Magic Butterfly which recovers 20
PP
(Psychic Points). Save your PP for the boss at the end
of the cave. Keep working your way up. At the end,
you'll see a
star-like thing. Talk to it and you'll get into battle
with the Titanic Ant. Use PSI Rockin' to do major
damage to him
and to get rid of his little ant friends (ants in
EarthBound are psychic).
Afterward, use PSI Hypnosis OR PSI Parylisis since
those are the lumbering insect's weaknesses. After
winning the
battle, go outside the cave and go up to the footprint
and you'll hear a brief melody. Congrats! You visited
the first
Sanctuary and collected the first part of Ness's Song.
Now, exit the cave and talk to the cop outside.
Page 2 Twoson to Fourside
All right, no more goofing off for this walkthrough.
After talking to the cop, save your game go to your
house and
heal, and stock up on Hamburgers. Go to the police
station. Talk to Chief Strong (aka Captain Strong) and
follow
him. You'll now have to fight four cops (one of the
five chickens out, making four). Save your PSI for
later and heal
with food when fighting cops unless you REALLY need
it. After beating the cops, Capt. Strong will
challenge you.
Use PSI Rockin' as a first attack then use good ol'
physical attacks. Watch out for his submission hold.
After
beating him, he'll take out the Road Block so you can
go to the next city, Twoson. On the way, you'll face
mushrooms.
When you get to Twoson the first thing you do is go to
the Apple Kid's house with 200 dollars and at least
one food
item. On the way you can rent a FREE bike at he Cycle
Shop. You'll see a sign in front of Apple Kid's house.
Go
inside, talk to him, invest your 200 dollars, give him
food and get the Receiver Phone from his pet mouse. Go
to
Burglin park, and go to the house at the end of the
park. You'll face a master criminal named Everdred.
Use PSI
Rockin' and physical attacks. After kicking his butt,
he'll tell you some vital information about Paula, the
second
member of the four chosen kids. She was kidnapped by
some people in blue who started acting strangely
lately. Go to
the Polestar Preschool, which is also Paula's house.
Talk to her father and he'll be deeply cocerned (if
you go to the
Hotel after talking to him, you'll see something
funny). Head to Peaceful Rest Valley (after getting
the Teddy Bear
from Paula's room) and Check the Pencil Statue. Leave
tha valley and you'll get a call from Apple Kid. Go to
Burglin
Park to get the Pencil Eraser from Apple Kid. Go back
to the valley, erase the Pencil Statue, the go to
Happy Happy
Village. Go through the cave next to the Drug Store
and go into the cabin and talk to Paula. She'll give
you vital
information about Mr.Carpainter, the head of the
Happy-Happyist Cult. She'll give you a Franklin Badge
(keep it with
you at all times) because she heard rumors that
Carpainter can control lightning. Go out and you'll
meet Pokey who
has joined the Dark Side. You'll fight
Happy-Happyists. After the fight go heal up and head
to the building in the
middle of the village. Talk to only the fast moving
cultists to get thru. Talk to Carpainter, whether you
answer Yes or
No, you'll fight him. Pelt him with psysical attacks
and PSI Rockin'. After beating him you'll get a key.
Go to the
cabin and also talk to the people who have "woken up"
and stopped their Happy Happy stuff. Unlock the cell
and Paula
will join you. Level up Paula, get her some equipment
and go to the "anti-blue place". To defeat the
Sanctuary Boss
there, click here for tips. After collecting power
from the Lilliput Steps, go back to Twoson, talk to
her parents, go to
Everdred's house and collect, MONEY!!!!
Go to Chaos Theater, talk to the two men standing by
the theater, and you'll get a Backstage Pass because
they're
the two lead singers of the Runaway Five. Talk to the
manager, who wants to talk about money later. Go show
the pass
and enter the stage room. Talk to the blonde
pig-tailed girl who is a HUGE Runaway 5 fan. She'll
follow you and pose
as your sister. When going in the dressing room, talk
to the band and go outside. Watch the show. After the
performance, go into the manager's office and USE the
wad of bills Everdread gave you. The Runaway Five will
be
freed from the theater ('cause they get in debt a
lot). Hitch a ride on their tour bus to get to Threed,
the next city.
You'll see the citizens are living in terror because
zombies and ghosts have taken over the town. Go to the
cemetery
on the left, and talk to the zombies gaurding...
something. Head to the Threed Sunset Hotel, you'll see
an odd woman
in a bikini. Follow her and zombies will knock you
unconcious. You'll be trapped underground. Paula will
use
telepathy to call Jeff, the genius kid in the small
town of Winters. Go sneak out with Jeff's best friend,
Tony. Go
downstairs and talk to Maxwell, and he'll give you a
bent key. Go to the locker room and test the key, it
won't work.
Go back and talk to Maxwell again and he'll give you
his invention, The Bad Key Machine. Use it to get some
gear out
of the lockers then go outside. Use Tony as a step to
get over the gate. Go to the Drug Store and talk to
the lady who
will offer Bubble Gum with the monkey in there for
free. This monkey, named Bubble Monkey, loves bubble
gum! Go
out into the wilderness, and fight the Runaway dogs
and Gruff Goats. Go thru the Dungeon Cave and talk to
the man
with little hair outside of the exit who will heal
you. Go thru another cave along the way and past
Stonehenge (a
popular tourist attraction in England) and into the
Laboratory. A man named Dr.Andonuts will be there.
Talk to him.
He'll be surprised because he hasn't seen his son
(Jeff) in ten years! Go use his world famous
invention, the Sky
Runner. You'll make it to Threed and crash where Ness
and Paula are locked up. After Jeff tells you a little
about
himself say Yes and Jeff will join you. Use the Bad
Key Machine to get out. Guess what? There is another
tent in the
Southern area of the town. Go there and fight the
tent. After defeating it, you will get Fly Honey
(after checking the
trashcan). Apple Kid will call you with a brand
spankin' new invention; Zombie Paper!! He'll deliver
it to you via
Mach Pizza delivery. Go inside the Circus tent after
receiving the Zombie Paper and Use it. Check in the
Threed
Sunset Hotel and spend the night there. The zombies
will be stuck to the floor. Go to the cemetery to the
left once
again and go thru the secret passage the Zombies were
gaurding. You'll face a boss known as Mini-Barf. Use
PSI
Freeze, PSI Lifeup and Bottle Rockets (if you have
any). After beating the Mini-Barf, go thru the valley
and look for a
cave. Go thru it and you'll find Saturn Valley, a town
run funny aliens known as Mr.Saturns. All of the
inhabitants
are Mr.Saturn (except for Dr.Saturn). Buy some items,
and talk to the Mr.Saturn in the cave up the ladder
and he'll
tell you the password tp a base run by one of Giygas'
cronies, Master Belch. The password is to go behind
Grapefruit
Falls (the waterfalls North of Saturn Valley) and wait
three minutes. If you have a GameBoy or a book, those
will
work well to pass the three minutes, even if they are
short. After waiting, go inside and kick butt, and
follow the
slime puddles. Belch is VERY easy. Use the Fly Honey
then use PSI and just attack. After beating him, go
thru yet,
another cave back into Saturn Valley. The Mr. Saturns
will have their hot springs available so you can bathe
in them
to get rid of the slimy gunk. There is another cave
leading to the third Sanctuary location. The
Trillionage Sprout
(the boss) doesn't like fire or ice. After defeating
him, go back to Threed and the ghosts and Zombies will
be gone
and the town will be safe and peaceful again. Head
thru the tunnel to Dusty Dunes Desert on the bus.
There will be a
traffic jam. Buy some food and/or equipment and make
your wat thru the desert. Use PSI Healing or a Wet
Towel if a
party member gets sunstroke. Try to look for the two
sesame seeds. When you come across a wooden house with
a
miner next to it, Talk to him and give him a food
item. He'll be very kind and offer to give you
whatever he finds in the
mine he and his brother are going to dig up. rest up
and head to Fourside, the big city.
Page 3 Summers to Fire Spring
In Fourside, you'll need to go to the Topolla Theater
and the Dinosaur Museum. It appears the Runaway 5 is
in debt once
again. You'll need to see the show then tak to the
band. You'll have to go back to the Dusty Dunes Desert
and check out
George Montague's (the miner's) house. Go inside and
talk to George. He'll tell you hat five giant moles
are in there.
Use Paula's PSI Freeze to beat the Thirsty Coil Snakes
and the moles. After defeating these five Gaurdian
Diggers,
You'll get your picture taken (^_^) and the Dept.
Store will be open. On your way to Fourside you'll
receive a diamond.
Go to Topolla theater and Use the diamond to pay off
the Runaway Five's debt and see the last performance.
Be sure to
check out the Dinosaur Museum and chat with the
paleontologist. When you go in, buy what you need
(i.e. Teddy Bears
and healing items, new equipment, etc.), and be
prepared 'cause Paula is gonna be kidnapped again.
Work your way up
and into the office on the final floor. You'll see an
alien. Talk to him and you'll get into another boss
battle. PSI, regular
attacks, and Bottle Rockets work well. After beating
the stuffing out of the Dept. Store Spook, you'll find
out that Paula
has been teleported to the Monotoli Building.
Geldegarde Monotoli is a man who was a nobody but then
suddenly became
very rich and very powerful. Anyhoo, go to Jackie's
Cafe. Talk to the fat lady drinking an espresso. After
that, go
outside and you'll see a big crowd. Talk to the shaggy
kid and give him a useless item (like a Cookie). After
giving him
an item, he'll let you pass and let you talk to
Everdred. He'll tell you a Haiku poem and also tell
you to check behind the
counter of Jackie's Cafe. Check behind the counter at
Jackie's Cafe and you'll be transported to Moonside.
In Moonside
No means Yes and Yes means No. There are also enemies
like Robo-Pumps and Abstract Art. There are alotta
weirdos
in Moonsie also. Talk to the Hawaiian tough guys. The
right ones will transpor you to a room with no exit.
Talk to the
almost invisible, shadowy figure. Then talk to the big
guy with the mohawk. You'll be teleported to thr Dark
Moon hotel.
At times like this, it's good to save your game and
talk to your mom. Head to the Monotoli Building and
talk to the
sailor. He'll let you pass 'cause you got the shadowy
figure following you (who is described as a guy with a
gold tooth and
connected eyebrows). Go Check the Mani Mani Statue
(the same one Carpainter had). You'll have to fight
it. Use Bombs,
Bottle Rockets and regular attacks and heal party
members when necessary. After shattering the statue,
you'll find out
that Moonside was just an illusion and the Mani Mani
Statue was a machine used to create illusions. Exit
the cafe and
you'll meet a guy who is a staffer of Escargo Express
Neglected Class. He'll tell you that he dropped
another one of
Apple Kid's inventions in the Desert. Go to Dusty
Dunes Desert and go in the Underground monkey cave
with the
following items. One or two Hamburgers or Double
Burgers, a Ruler, a Pizza, a Protien Drink and a Wet
Towel. The
monkeys will want these items and more (you'll find
'em on the way). After you obtain the King Bananna,
give to the
monkey named Man K. Man. Talk to the floating
meditating man. His name is Talah Rama. He'll tell you
part of your
destiny and give you the Gourmet Yogurt Machine Apple
Kid invented. Talk to the monkey in the room to learn
an ever
so useful PSI power; Teleport! Learn this by watching
the teacher's demo, the when you try it, don't press a
button, just
stay in a straight line. After learning Teleportation,
go back to Fourside and talk to Electra (who is
standing by the
Dept. Store).
She'll take the Yogurt Machine and invite you to come
to the Monotoli Building. Go there and take the
elevator up then
take the elevator to the right to get to the 48th
floor. The Sentry Robots you'll have to fight are a
pain. If you find
Electra, you can get some Trout Flavored Yogurt.
You'll encounter a Clumsy Robot who is gaurding
Monotoli's door.
Damage it enough times and the Runaway Five will come
and defeat it for you. After that go inside Monotoli's
office.
After listening to his long story (and learn that he's
not really a bad man) Paula will rejoin your party and
he'll offer
you a helicopter. Go to the Helipad and the chopper
will fly away (with Pokey in it). Go back and chat
with the Runaway
Five and they'll give you a ride to Threed. Remember
the Undeground cave that Ness and Paula were trapped
in before
Jeff came to the rescue? Go there to get the new,
improved Sky Runner. You'll go to Dr.Andonuts's lab.
Talk to
Dr.Andonuts and he'll tell you to go to the cave North
of Stonehenge while he fixes up the Sky Runner. Go to
the cave
and talk to the shining star. The boss is Shrooom! Use
PSI Fire, PSI Rockin', Bottle Rockets and regular
attacks. After
defeating Shrooom, go to the Sanctuary, record the
melody then go to Dr.Andonuts's lab. Take the Sky
Runner to
Summers. After it blows up, buy some gear and then go
to the sea port, Toto. There is a Jamaican guy in one
of the
houses. Talk to him and you'll get the phone number of
the Stoic Club. Call the Stoic Club then go enter the
building.
Talk to the mustacheoed guy in the red suit then talk
to the woman in the pink dress. She'll offer you some
"Magic
Cake". Go to her food stand by the beach and chat with
her. After eating the cake, Ness will have a dream
about Poo. Poo
is the fourth Chosen kid who lives in a country in the
far East called Dalaam. Poo is finishing his training
so after
talking to his master, get the three items from the
treasure chests in his palace. Then go to Mu. The
Starmaster will be
in front of it. Talk to him and he'll chat with you
then he'll disappear. Climb up the rope then just stay
there, ignore
what the lovesick Oriental girl says. Poo will be
visited by his ancestor. Say Yes to everything he asks
you. After that,
go talk with Poo's master then you'll Teleport to
Summers and Poo will join your party. Now that you
control Ness
again, go to the museum, talk to the guy in the orange
suit then go upstairs, and give Poo's ruby to the guy
standing in
front of the door. You'll get to study some
Heiroglyphics. You'll also get a copy of the ancient
writing. Answer the phone
on the way out. You'll hear Mr.Spoon ramble. Teleport
to Fourside. Talk to Mr.Spoon in the museum. You'll
have to go
to the Venus concert in Topolla Theater. After the
show, go to the dressing room and talk to Venus.
You'll get an
autograph. Go back to the museum and Use the Signed
bananna to get into the backroom. Go thru the sewer
and fight
the Plague Rat of Doom. Use PSI Brainshock if you have
it. PSI Freeze and PSI Rockin' work OK too. After
defeating
the rat, go record the melody of Magnet Hill. Teleport
to Summers and go to Toto and talk to one of the
sailors. He will
offer you a ride to Scaraba for 20 bucks each. On the
way, you'll be attacked by a sea monster called
Kraken. Use your
strongest PSI and use Poo's Mirror technique. After
Kracken is defeated, you'll be in Scaraba. Talk to the
guy sitting
on the roof of a building. He'll tell you about the
Dungeon Man. Be sure to also buy a Snake Bag. Go to
the Pyramid
South of the village and step on the circular
platforms in the order the Heiroglyph copy tells you
to. The Pyramid will
open and you'll get your picture taken. The Pyramid
has alotta stairs and Heiroglyphs that will attack.
The boss is weak
against PSI Freeze. After beating him, step on the
tile that stands out then go back to the mid-level
where the mummy in
the casket is. Go down the hole, check the pedestal
and you'll get the Hawk eye. Make sure either Ness,
Paula or Jeff
has it. Exit the Pyramid and Poo will go with the
Starmaster to learn the Starstorm. After Poo leaves.
talk to one of the
natives and you'll get a key. Go North to find Dungeon
Man. Use the key to open him then go inside and save
your game.
Go through the maze until you get to the top floor.
Talk to Brick Road and then go down the exit. Dungeon
Man will tag
along with you and even join you in battle. Get him
stuck into the palm trees in the Southern area, then
go talk to the
native down there. Go back into Dungeon Man and go to
the top floor. Take the Goodbye exit. Go to the
vehicles and
Check the yellow submarine (Beatles reference). You'll
make it to the Deep Darkness. Go to the black area and
USE the
Hawk Eye. The area will be OK to pass (sort of). Make
sure you get the Rock Candy 'cause it raises a random
stat by 1.
Go confront the red Belch. Belch has trained and
gained resistance to Fly Honey. He also changed his
name to Master
Barf. If you have a Multi-bottle rocket, use it then
Poo will come and use PSI Starstorm and defeat Barf.
Go thru the
swamp and go into the cave nearby. Talk to the Tenda
Tribe. After having a little chat with the chief, exit
the cave. You'll
find out that Apple Kid, Tony, a Tessie Watcher
Dr.Andonuts, Mr.Saturn, a hippie and a farmer have
been kidnapped by
Pokey. Buy a Multi-bottle rocket and Teleport to
Winters. Hitch a ride on Tessie's back and make your
way to the Lab
in Winters. Heal up, buy what you need and get the
Eraser Eraser from the mouse. Go to the center of
Stonehenge and
erase the eraser shaped statue in the alien base. Make
your way thru the maze and try to get all of the
presents. If you
confront a Starman Super, Spy on it and you might get
Poo's only weapon (other than his fists). The boss is
Starman
Deluxe. Use the Multi-bottle rocket to take it out in
one hit. After the base ceases functioning, talk to
Apple Kid. He'll
tell you about a book called "Overcoming Shyness". Use
an Exit Mouse to exit then Teleport to Onett. Go to
the Library
and search the shelves until you've found the book.
Teleport to the Tenda Village, stand facing the chief
and Use the
Shyness book. The Tendas will overcome their shyness.
After getting a Tendakraut, talk to the Tenda by the
big
boulder. He'll lift it for you. Now go underground and
go thru the maze. Take time to talk to the rocks. When
you meet
the Electro Specter, Bottle rockets help and so does
the Franklin Badge. Go here for more info. After
beating the
Specter, go down the hole for the Seventh "Your
Sanctuary" Location. Now go down another hole to enter
the Lost
Underworld. Go to the biggest village (it will have a
big talking rock in it) and stand by the gate. Two
Tendas will open it
for you and "steal" your Tendakraut. Now talk to the
talking rock to learn Ness's Destiny and where the
final
Sanctuary is at. Be sure to buy healing items and
up-to-date weapons. Southwest is the Volcano, enter it
and make sure
you have Magic Tarts and DX water. PSI Freeze is good
against the Soul Consuming Flames and Thunder comes in
handy against Evil Elementals. Good Luck. You'll need
it.
Page 4 Giygas and the ending!
The boss is the Carbon Dog/Diamond Dog. Use PSI Freeze
until the Carbon becomes the Diamond. The Diamond Dog
has almost no weakness and it will use a Power Shield
to deflect psysical attacks. Take out his shield and
have Paula
or Poo use PSI Magnet. Bottle Rockets are a good
method too. After defeating the bosses, go thru to the
Fire Spring.
The final note will play and Ness will enter a world
based on his memories, emotions, past, present and
future known
as: Magicant. The first thing you do is withdraw
alotta money and buy three Earth Pendants. Equip one
on Ness and
store the other two (the other two are for Paula and
Jeff). Also buy some Magic Pudding. Carry with you two
or three
bags of Dragonite. Have a Flying Man join your party
then go to the Sea of Eden trail. At the end of the
trail, there is a
curled tentacle thingie. Check it and you'll be in the
Sea of Eden. There are at least three Krakens here so
beware.
The statue is Ness's evil side, the Nightmare Rock
Buzz Buzz talked about earlier in the game. Use the
Dragonite on
him and you'll be sure to win. After beating Ness's
Nightmare, Ness will get what I call a SUPER LEVEL-UP
and he
will learn PSI Teleport Beta!!
Now Magicant will disappear forever and Ness rejoin
the party. You'll teleport to Saturn Valley now. Get
the two other
Earth Pendants from Escargo Express and equip them to
Paula and Jeff. Buy some healing items and chat with
Dr.Andonuts. He'll tell you about the Phase Distorter.
After attempting to use it. The good doctor will see
the problem.
You'll need some Zexonyte. Go to Onett and make your
way to the meteorite. Beware of the aliens. Check the
meteorite. After obtaining the meteorite chunk,
Teleport back to Saturn Valley. Give it to Dr.Andonuts
and the Phase
Distorter will work. You'll be in the Cave of the
Past. Talk to Mr.Saturn and CHECK the wreckage to get
a Horn of
Life. Talk with Dr.Andonuts and find out the shocking
truth. The Chosen Four will have to give up their
spirits to be
put into robot bodies. After becoming robots, You'll
travel 10 years into the past. Save your game and make
your way
to Giygas. Spying on the Bionic Kraken can get you
Ness's ultimate weapon, the Gutsy Bat. When you enter
the cave
part you'll see something that loks like a long
intestine and a huge alien... thing. Pokey will appear
and attack. This
is the Phase battle with Giygas. Follow the directions
like so:
1. Have Poo use PSI Brainshock. Only attack Pokey.
2. After Pokey's rambling about Giygas being the
ultimate evil and how scary his true form is, he'll
turn off the
Devil's Machine. Attack Giygas until Pokey starts
talking again.
3. After Pokey's second dialogue, use Paula's Pray
command and use Bash/Shoot and PSI.
4. Keep praying until Giygas is defeated and Pokey
runs away like a coward and wets his pants.
5. Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo will get their human
bodies back and Poo will go home, Jeff will stay with
Dr.Andonuts,
and Paula will want Ness to escort her home.
After escorting Paula home, she will go into her house
not having the guts to say that she loves Ness.
Go to Ness's house talk to Mom and enjoy the ending.
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU BEAT THE GAME!
After the ending there will be a knock on the door.
Answer it. It's Picky!
Picky will give you a letter from Pokey that says:
"Come and get me loser. Spankety, spankety, spankety."
It looks like Ness has another adventure comin'.
