Jeff, has the abilty to fix just about any broken item and turn it into somthing usful. He comes from a place far to the north called Winters. He lives a the Snow Wood Boarding School, and apears to have a disfunctional family. He hasn't seen his father in 10 years, and his mother seems to be non-existant, so the closest thing he has to family is his roomate and best friend, Tony.
