Dr. Andonuts is Jeff's father, and is also a genius. He and his son don't appear to be very close, as they havn't seen each other in ten years, but he seems glad to see Jeff again just the same. His inventions include: the Sky Runner, the Instant Revitalizing Device, and the Phase Distorter 1, 2, and 3.
