Armed with a giant extendo punch glove it will reduce anything that comes near it into dust! When an unsuspecting citizen drops some money on the floor, an alarm sounds and from nowhere thousands of IRS agents swarm in to collect the prize. All of this occurs in a matter of moments. The unsuspecting citizen thinks nothing of his lost money as he knows well of its new whereabouts.

What about indoors, you ask? Well that is what cameras are for! Owners of stores must save every penny they can find to pay the staggering taxes invoked by the nefarious B. H. Pirkle!
