Open the Door to the Pyramid
When you get off of the boat in Scaraba, you’ll be in the town. After buying some new equipment and healing, you should head south out of the town. There is a pyramid, but the door is sealed. Below the pyramid is a statue and some buttons. To get into the pyramid you need to step on the buttons in a certain order. First, hit the top button. Then, hit the bottom left button, the middle right button, the middle left button, the bottom right button, and then the top button again in that order. Basically, your path is in the shape of a star.

Retrieve the Hawk Eye
The pyramid is fairly simple to navigate. It is mostly a long hallway with and there is only one place you can make a wrong turn. You should follow the stairs to the center of the pyramid. From the center room, you continue to the right where you go down to the opposite side of the pyramid. There will be a room that is blocked by a coffin. You’ll have to fight the Guardian General. After the battle, you need to enter the room it was blocking and hit the button. Now you need to go back to the center of the pyramid. The big casket should now be moved, revealing a hole. The hole leads to the Hawk Eye. After you get the Hawk Eye, you continue to the right until you reach another room with a hole. Then you keep going right once again until you come to the exit. Now you will be in the southern part of Scaraba. As soon as you go outside, the man that Poo met before his final training appears and tells Poo to come with him. Poo will leave the group for now.

Get the Key to the Dungeon Man
Just slightly north of the exit, there is an oasis. The man just below the oasis has a key you need. If you talk to him he gives you the Key to the Tower that he found in the desert.

Explore the Dungeon Man
This dungeon is a bit more complex than the one that Brick Road designed in Winters. It is not too hard, though. The monsters are fairly easy to beat and there are benches in quite a few places where you can heal your HP and PP for free. All you really have to do is make your way to the top of and enjoy the funny billboards along the way. On the first floor there is a place where you come to four ropes. If you want to go straight to the top as fast as possible then take the second rope from the right. At the top of the Dungeon Man you can talk to Brick Road. He remembers Jeff and decides to join the group as Dungeon Man. Now you just have to jump down the hole to get out of Dungeon Man. Dungeon Man will follow Ness and the group, but unfortunately, he does not help in battles.

Take Dungeon Man South
With Dungeon Man, you should follow the desert south. There will be a place where Dungeon Man gets stuck in the trees. This will also block the way to go back. If you turn to the right, you will find a guy standing there. He tells you how you would need a submarine to get to Deep Darkness. Now when you talk to Dungeon Man, he will tell you he has a submarine in his vehicle collection. He will let you enter him again.

Get the Submarine
In order to get the submarine, you first need to go back up to the top floor of Dungeon Man. Once you get back up there and talk to Brick Road, he tells you to jump through the "Goodbye Exit" to get to his vehicle collection. This hole is past the hole you jumped in last time. At the bottom you will find the submarine. Jeff checks it and gets it to work.

Go To Deep Darkness
Once you check the submarine, you head off to Deep Darkness.
